These terms apply to every order of a Euroskara IPTV subscription (“the service”). By ordering or using the service you accept them.
1. The Service
Euroskara provides access to a streaming service for the period you purchase. We do not host, own or produce the channels or on-demand content available through it. Channel availability can change without notice.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are placed on WhatsApp and paid through a secure link (card, PayPal or crypto).
- Every plan is a one-time payment for the period shown on the pricing page. There is no automatic renewal.
- Your login is sent after payment, usually within minutes and at most within 12 hours.
3. Acceptable Use
- Each line is for personal, non-commercial use and the number of simultaneous connections purchased.
- Sharing or reselling a line without a reseller agreement may lead to suspension without refund.
- You are responsible for complying with the broadcasting, licensing and copyright laws of your country (for example, the UK TV Licence).
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy: a 7-day money-back guarantee if support cannot solve a technical problem on your line.
5. Availability
We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it at all times. Short interruptions for maintenance or causes outside our control do not give a right to compensation.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
7. Privacy
We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
